Delete your Orbit account
In the app
Open Orbit → You → scroll to Danger zone → Delete my account and all data. Confirm by typing DELETE.
14-day grace period
Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 14 days later and you are signed out. If you sign back in during those 14 days you'll see a banner letting you cancel — nothing has been deleted yet.
What gets deleted
Your login, profile, measurements and goals, wardrobe items and photos, wishlist and product evaluations, outfits and saved baskets, chats with Orbit, learned style preferences, feedback and usage records. This cannot be undone once the 14 days pass.
Prefer to keep the account?
You → Danger zone → Clear everything Orbit remembers wipes learned preferences, chat history and evaluations while keeping your login.
No longer have access?
Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you. orbitprojektet@gmail.com
